We roast our beans in small batches and seal them in valve-sealed bags immediately to lock in the aroma and flavor, ensuring you receive the freshest roast possible.
What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Java House ships to customers within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to coffee lovers worldwide soon.
Can I return food or coffee items if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on coffee or food items. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
